Bad service Gems medical and Lancet Pathologists Mulberton

Germs Medical aid and Lancet Pathologists have been disappointing and bad expirienced with them both, its unfortunate they added stress to our pregnancy at these stage when we needed them most. Lancet Pathologists sends us back when we have letter for blood tests because not sure germs pays for it and I ask them to check at Mulberton net care they fail send us home on 9 jan 2021 and call medical aid 11 Jan 2021 they inform they dont know the test we suppose to do must get terrif code from Lancet and lancet dont know the code and whole Monday I spend whole day between Germs call centre and Lancet they dont know NIPT test code and i need to provide to allow test to happen to my wife and till now they cant help and in the meantime specialist is waiting out come of test.

How come they dont know Germs medical aid on benefits and code for test common for pregnant woman and Lancet send me back and forth while they could do test and when busy arranging codes with medical aid, pregnancy situation are sensitive in nature u will expect better from both companies
