Bad service at Lancet Laboratory, Alberton.

The service at Lancet laboratory, Padstow Street in Alberton is terrible and the staff is very rude and heartless. Today, 25 July I called *** to check whether or not the lab was open and the time it closes as I desperately needed to do a covid test. The response I got was yes, the lab is open and closes at 13H00. I rushed and I was there at 11H00 but a guy called Moses told us we needed to have referrals from our doctors, as some of us didn't have them, and he insisted we come back before 13H00. We left, I was back at 12H15 and the gates were closed. As I was standing more people also came back from their doctors and Moses came and told us that they are closed. We told him but it was not even 12H30 how can they be closed. He said they are busy with the admin inside, so they are not going to help us, then he left. We waited at the gate hoping that they will eventually see that what they were doing was wrong and unfair. Another guy came around 12H50 to give us numbers that we must produce on Monday when we come back.
