Bad service
I have tried 4 times this morning to speak to the accounts department. I get put on hold on the first call. I then had to recharge my cell with airtime to be put on hold again. I then called the switchboard ladies to please take my number and get the accounts department to call me back they then just put you on hold again for the accounts department. I'v sent emails last week to Lancet requesting a balance on my account and I have had NO reply to that request. Is this the way Lancet treat all there client.

23 Aug 2024, 10:23Since putting Lancet Lab on hello Peter website I have had NO call back as requested in my emails to then.
Yesterday the 22nd August 2024 I received a email to go to this and that website or call there office.
When I started paying off my account monthly in the beginning my balance started off at R1391.20 after 4 payments of R250.00 which then my balance was R391.20 my balance in the statement in there email first figure R1086.20 that the end of the statement the balance is R1477.40.
There is someone in Lancet that can't work with figure or taking money off client or lastly going for test and putting it on clients accounts.
Again disgraceful
