Bad service

Lancet staff failed to do the their job , the first time around. They forgot to take samples when we were in hospital. They called me to go to their lab to submit samples and they assured they will be linked to the samples taken when were in hospital. Instead I was sent a bill for an out of hospital work. . I have called in so many times to ask them to rectify this. They don’t care and someone by the name Mr Gabriel Munsamy was supposed to call me, but is always in some meeting. Now I’m being harassed by a collections agent , yet no one has come back to me and told what Dane Reddy did with the samples, he is the one who called me and told me about the forgotten samples. My last option is to go HSPCA.
