bad service

I was involved in a MVA and was treated at lesedi the DR order bloods Cardiac Enzymes around 21:30 and the lady came at 22:59. I asked her how long does it take to attend trauma and she said shes the only 1 working and Icu comes first. And I had to waitt again for results. I just want to know is trauma not a priority. Because this is such pathetic service I received. <br>
