Bad service

<p>I called during the week " Lancet leister building to ask what time are they opening ' I was told at 07:00, I was there today at 06:50 & they were still closed. I then decided to call customer care number that I got on the door that was closed only to be told that they are opening at 8:00. I left' during the day I called the lancet leister building & I was told that they are closing at 05:30. I went to Lancet after work and guess what? I was there at 05:10 and found a lady who took my blood test the last time I was there and she was with other 2 guys who works there. She told me there are no nurses. They have closed' the guy told me to go to brunkest or something like that. I told them I can not go to that hospital as I'm using a taxi . I asked for their names and no one was willing to give out their names. The test that I was doing they are very important to me as I have to do them on the 14th day of my periods. Basically I have to wait again for next month to do this test.. it means I went and consult my gynae for free this month. I'm very heartbroken a I'm typing this. People who can save life are the ones who treat us this bad.</p>
