Bad customer service
Poor customer service by Botshelong hospital Lancet testing center, stood outside for more than 45 minutes with no one to assist or alert us. I had to call LANCET head office to get assistance. Such an unacceptable service. I had to walk around the hospital and opened a labour ward from behind which that exposed the newborns to danger.
