Bad accounts service
Good day
As per my email sent last week we will not be paying this account or any others because you are submitting it using the incorrect ICD code. The code that should be used is i80. 2. If this code is used the medical aid will cover it. Please do not bully my mother for payments that are not due and are unpaid due to incompetence on your part.
If you insist on bullying my mom i will contact Dr van deventer and the *medical council* to report this as i have phoned twice and i was told this would be corrected. I then emailed and had no reply from you. This is the final time i am wasting my precious time in sorting this out.
