AWESOME SERVICE FROM ACCOUNTS DEPT.
I was very upset about the Call Centre Debt Collectors, constantly phoning me for an outstanding balance that wasn't actually outstanding. After leaving a bad review on Hello Peter, Melanie from Lancet called me and it was all sorted out a.s.a.p.
