Awaitng R6500 refund for two failed NIPT tests, no response to emails or phone calls

Hi There, I have a formal complaint currently open, number ********** . I have never been contacted to address it.

2 x NIPT panorama tests have failed and my doctor was advised by Dr Naidoo on 22 December 2017 that a full refund would be forthcoming. I have tried phoning and emailing to resolve this and have received no replies or am told it has been escalated and I will be contacted, which has not happened. Please could someone with some authority look into my account and contact me to process the refund as I need the money urgently to fund a further NIPT test through another lab.
