Asking for my refund

During the month of March / April Lancet Laboratories sent me an email telling me that there was an amount of money due to me by them. They asked me to send a bank statement and a copy of my ID. I have since sent those documents and no one has gotten back to me . I have written emails to them and all you get is an automated response. I would like to know when are they going to refund me.
