Not very customer friendly and as South Africans we accept the poor service because we have become used to it.
But this was my worst experience in years and i have used this facility a few times before and had minimal issues.
Trainees who didn't know what they were doing to supervisors who were indifferent. Lack of impropriety when getting my test results was too much.
The only good thing about that experience was the drawing of blood which was a rathee painless exercise compared to retrieving my test results.
Definitely wont use that company again.

I didnt take any details of the staff on duty as i was frustrated. But surely there cannot be too many staff on duty at your offices on Saturday morning and you should be able to see who accessed my records. Thanks for the response and i also received an email.
It is just that such an experience leaves 'a bad taste" for lack of a better expression. I do hope that you improve the overall customer experience.
