Ampath/Lancet and their lawyers

When you complain you don't get your statements via post or email - you still don't get it. Then you get stupid sms's letting you know you've been handed over and then their Hyena's call you and treat you like *******!! This service delivery is so bad!! I've asked for a statement of account of what is outstanding because i forever have to pay them and pay them - i'm sure they are making heaps of extra money from people and would not pay it back unless you can track it and request it. Their lawyers want to charge you R65 per phone call - i have TrueCaller on my cellphone and when you pick up they put down - and then they want to charge you - absolutely ridiculous and thievery!!!
