Lancet Akasia never ceases to surprise me. Your operating hours are stated clearly on the door that you close at 17h00. For the 3rd time I went there and finding doors closed, gates locked. Today I thought I should push the door, only to find that there's someone. At that time it's 16h47, she refused to open saying she has to go home. She says she closes at 16h45, I asked why she then said she'll ask that they change the operating times. It's the attitude for me that we recieved from she says her name is Carlifonia. When I asked if I'll never get assisted she said I must go to another Lancet. She doesn't even know why I'm there and for what. She really left us outside, locked and left. I'm so upset with your service, it's unfortunate my doctor referred me there but Ampath was open, I could've went there. I called "head office" the lady transferred me to the nurses which they obviously don't deal with complains. This is pathetic.
