Lancet accounts .ATT : CFO Marco Tognocchi. Email or Meeting Request!!

For the third time I have written complaints and I still have no feedback just an ongoing repeat reference number regarding the refund from an "over charge" in April 2022 . Its been on going since Oct 2023. I recieved a call from Khaya on the 25th of January 2024 stating that it will be resolved and it is still outstanding. I have still to date not received an honest , transparent statement from Lancet . I have spoken to 5 different people and have had 5 different stories or lies being told to me . How can one company have such ********* accounts system. All my calls were recorded, I can provide dates and times should you Lancet or Mr Marco Tognocchi wish to hear the *********, unprofessional and blatant lies being told to me a customer. My question is how long has this practice been ongoing? Is this one way to make money?? If it can't be resolved makes one wonder why???? I'm now frustrated of the unprofessional behavior recieved!
