Accounts Department Useless

The Lancet Accounts Department is beyond Pathetic and useless!!

It takes them more than 30 days to send you an account, Oh no wait they send you an sms with an amount and banking details without an actual account and expect you to just trust that the sms is actual legal and not a **** and pay the account. Only after logging a complaint was the actual account produced but only after they phoned me and said that they don't have my email address, when I told them that they should have both my email addresses, guess what they miraculously found it and then spitefully proceeded to send me a statement from 2013 to now.

A week or so later I get another email with a different amount suddenly now a R1000 or so more than the first account. Upon inspecting the account I noticed they added an amount to my account that was already paid by my medical aid, I received an email from them confirming this.

So is Lancet trying to pull a fast one and ***** money from clients by invoicing them for amounts already paid by the medical aid? Or is the accounts department just completely ***********.

Until my account is sorted out and the correct statement with the correct amount is sent to me the account will not be paid.
