I made a payment agreement for an outstanding amount, specifically asked if I could pay before the agreed date. Made a payment AND FORWARDED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT to one of the agents Thandeka Zulu. She confirmed that everything is in order but now I’m receiving threatening emails about an alleged missed payment???
