Accounts Department is pathetic

If i could give it zero star i would lancet called and made me aware there was a shortfall from my medical insurance they sent me wn email and sms with options i mafe the payment on the same day,they continued to harass me with calls after that even after sending a proof of payment now their accounts department is telling me i made a payment to a wrong service provider weird right since i used the link they provided to pay using pay fast honestly i have never been more irritated in my life this people are pathetic to say the least .
