Accounts department is absolutely awful

Oddly enough after a quick browse most complaints are directed at the accounts department. Clearly there are problems in that department. SMS statements don't work!!! Why are we in the 21st Century still sending statements via email?????? You have our contact numbers, email addresses our ID Numbers, our blood test. You know every detail yet you insist on sending SMS statements. And when accounts are not paid you submit the accounts for debt collection. I have for a while praised another company that does the same work as Lancet, but with more professionalism and way cheaper than Lancet and I will continue to do so. Fix you r accounts department we as consumers should deserve better.
