ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT ***********

It is not surprising that of the 195 reports Lancet got over the past 12 months 75% is account related!!!!<br> On May 19, 2015 my mother was referred to Lancet by dr W Labuschagne for tests. They didn't entered the correct info into their system and the referring doctor was shown as dr A Chaumba. Which resulted in a non-payment by the medical aid. I contacted them to change it to dr W Labuschagne and to resubmit it. It was changed, but only the surname, not the initial and practice number! Again it was not paid by the medical aid. Again I contacted them and now it was submitted with the right surname and initial, but the Medical Aid contacted me to say that they are waiting for the correct practice number from Lancet. While all of this is busy going on they sent my mom a sms requesting an immediate payment! I contacted them and spoke to an Abigail, who apparently made a note. A week later my mom gets another sms from ITC requesting an immediate payment! Because I don't want her to be blacklisted because we are dealing with a bunch of idiots, I got her to pay the account, but I demand a refund from Lancet. I've got email correspondence as proof if a competent person wishes to look at it
