Accounts department Complaint

you would think that they monthly statement that you receive will tell you the exact amount that you owe. i checked my statement and it said that i owed approx R300 for both accounts. when i call the accounts department today the agent tells me that the system is saying that i owe approx R1000.

how the hell can a system say one thing and the monthly statement say another. very unprofessional and frustrating. i even asked for a detailed statement of what he is viewing on the system. i was going to stop payment as i thought my accounts were done. then if i didn't make payment Lancet would report me to the debt attorneys.

terrible service, i am truly disappointed.
