I will never support lancet ever again the account department is pathetic. I had a call this morning from Lucienne Miles I explained the situation to him I a civil way. I couple of minutes later I had a call from Khayelihle Pelembe accusing me that I never send him the POP he was very rude with me.I do not appreciate him doing that as i also run a company and the client is always "KING" I agree that my ref no was incorrectly on my POP .The accounts dept at Lancet are *********** we had the same "problem" last year with my wife account at Lancet after her operation it is not acceptable.In future we will make use of Ampath & Partners Inc or one of the others
