Hi, in Nov 23. I went into the Medical Aid Self payment gap. I had bloods done and received a statement from Lancet sowing a Credit from April 22. I was told to pay on invoice as this credit is the Med Aids . Many calls later to both Lancet and Medical Aid and having a full recon sent from the medical Aid on the 21 Dec 23. I have called Lancet asked for a new statement and Guess what, the Credit has mysteriously disappeared. Is this how Lancet operates, in an ********* and devious manner. How does a credit suddenly be non existent on a statement? I have request so many times for this to be corrected, my last call on Wednesday the 10th Jan I spoke to the Supervisor as well, and again I now get a statement with no credit history. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE, IF IT WAS RETURNEF TO THE MEDICAL AID , IT SHOULD AND MUST REFLECT. IN AN ETHICAL AND PROFESIONAL ACCOUNTS PRACTICE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN... If I was owing Lancet since April I would certainly be blacklisted by now. How is it that they can get away with this ??? How *****ulent can a company be?
