Account Harassment

The accounts department sent me a bill last week Thursday. Since then I have been telephonically harassed with constant phone calls. They seems to only now send out SMSs and not emails. I am happy to pay. However, after the harassment I am going draw my payment out. It is unprofessional to carry on the way that they do, I have never not paid. They even had the audacity to phone my mom, whilst in hospital, in ICU, and tell her she owes them money. She had only just received the account. There may be people who do not pay, but my record with Lancet shows that I do. STOP PHONING ME!!!!
