Account handed over even though SETTLED IN FULL!
If I could give zero stars, I would! My account was handed over to ITCBA even though IT IS SETTLED IN FULL. I settled it on 29 December 2025. I emailed them multiple times and provided them with the proof of payment. They emailed me back and said they received the payment and allocated it. Now, February of 2026, they are phoning me almost daily indicating that I have an amount outstanding. They have sent 2 messages stating that my account has been handed over.
How is this even legal? They are putting a bad report on my credit score by handing me over. My account is settled - how are they allowed to do this?
I was hospitalized for the birth of my child and Lancet did the bloodtests - I had no choice in which company drew the blood. If I could choose (and advise) - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
