Abuse of customer details

I was apparently rendered service by Lancet Laboratories at a Genesis Clinic where my daughter was born. No consent was requested therefore no knowledge of an obligation to pay. In consultation with Genesis Clinic i established that some testing was done.<br> I requested test results from Lancet from the operative who called me from lancet. of which he agreed as i promised to pay as at then. THE NEXT THING I AM GETTING NOTIFICATION THAT THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER????<br> A DEFINITE ABUSE OF ACCOUNT DETAILS.
