Abhorrent customer service
This company makes a habit of sending threatening SMS's for outstanding amount BEFORE they send you a bill! With wording like 'expects IMMEDIATE payment' for an amount we had no idea was owing. After contacting the number given in the SMS still, no bill is sent after 12 days
