2 months and still no response from Lancet.

Good day - it is now 4 April 2024 - almost 3 weeks since Lancet said they would contact me and still nothing. I am still receiving sms messages and emails saying my account is outstanding and needs to be settled even though I have explained to consultants, escalated to the call centre manager, wrote a review here on Hello Peter but no response from Lancet's side yet they continue to send out the account statement. I am at my wits end and have no idea what to do next. This service is extremely bad and i will never visit Lancet again. i will rather go to another service provider.
