Unable to follow customer instructions and specification

<p>Lance Blackbeard has provided the most appaling service in installing my kitchen. First he changed the tall cupboards colour from cappachino to coffee without my approval. Then he placed drawers where I requested doors. Next I am told that he installs standard cupboards therefore he could not align my cupboards and tops between a pillar. Apparently, I am unable to make independent decisions. To date, I have not approved the bulkhead design but it is being installed. He has no problem taking 90% of my money - now is refusing to comply with what we agreed inititially.</p>
