Lance Bailey construction is *********, does the shoddiest job, blames everything on his clients and is exorbitantly expensive. He does not visit the site often, shuts up clients who raise concerns. Some of the issues he left after the project include. 1) Leaking pools due to hacking of tiles around the rim 2) No evidence of waterproofing done which results in massive water issues and severe damage 3) Chipping and fading paint with evidence of only one layer of paint

This was all verified by an independent 3rd party - THC.

He does not honour following up with issues, does not want to assist with service providers and does not want to honour any warranty.

He even refused to speak to the architect who brought him into the project.
