Selling conterfeited products to the public

<p>Lana Human a private seller claimed to selling true GHD products,</p> <p>After my GHD came I used it once when I started noticing that is making a zing noise. This noise was due to the electic current pulsating through it....</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Lana Human to complain about this incident as GHD comes with a two year gaurantee. I also tried registering my product on the GHD website but it kept saying my product number does not exist. I reported this to Lana Human as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>She claimed that she has registered all the products thus the warranties are with her and she will send the 'broken'GHD back and replace me with a new one. I immediatley alerted GHD of this product as this claim was very strange.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lana Human wanted me to send my "GHD"back and pay for all the courier fees in order to get it repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent my product in to GHD and on investigation confirmed it is a *****lent and conterfeited product.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lana Human refused to pay me back for the misrepresented prodcut.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON ANYTHING!!!!</p>
