Don't purchase from Lamy South Africa!

I ordered a mechanical pen as a Xmas gift on the 17th December. After placing my order I have received absolutely no feedback on my order, I sent numerous emails, and eventually I had to make a comment on Facebook where someone said someone would assist, still to date 10 days later nothing! I have now requested a refund. This is such terrible service. I will never purchase or recommend Lamy South Africa after this experience.
