Bad attitude and really bad service

We called Lamprecht Feeds this morning to get prices on products as we reside in a different town. We were very specific on what we required. Considering we are from another town, we put fuel and drove there to purchase what required. when gone already, realised that what we paid is not what we were quoted. I called and was handed from one person to the other. The last lady i spoke to was so rude. Which happen to be the same lady that quoted for the goods. All she did was defend herself so she is covered. She expected me to know the name of her "food" which is impossible. i tried to explain that there is a mistake and she was so rude that i ended up ending the call. I will NEVER purchase from Lamprecht Feeds again. I would rather pay the local price and get less....at least i get service. Service is worth more than the product itself. If this incident was handled correctly, you at Lamprecht would have gained another client. If the service was right, the money would not have mattered.
