Irate client - Bad service ever

I took my projector for lamp replacement, instead of them replacing me with a new lamp the lamp looks like a refurb and the technician broke the reflector and connectors and they charged extra for the damage they caused. When i declined the second quote i sent an email to the Manager who in turn was helpless, he couldn’t even assist me or put my needs as a customer first. Worst service ever after paying almost R3000 for a replacement lamp the projector came back with more problems and they do not want to refund me or respond to my emails.
