Disgruntled irate client - Lamp Utopia

I received bad service from Lamp Utopia , when i sent my projector to them it was booting up and needed a bulb replacement however after changing the bulb i was told the device needed a major service knowing fully well they had broken my projector. Now it won’t even boot up and they do not want to take responsibility for anything.
