Pay my money back

I have bought goods at Brilliant Cook (Lamontage) when it has visited at our organisation. I managed to pay them their whole amount (R8000) in three years. In August I called them to deliver my goods because I have finished paying for them. They sent me a message that they are experiencing a delay in deliveries. Lately their phones are no more working, its only an answering machine. It has been two months now that I have been trying to contact them. I really do not understand how such a big company can ****** money from poor people and run away without a trace. Please someone help us. Their numbers are ********** and ********** , untraceable.
