Half job with the worst customer experience

I had my house renovated with laminated floors last year on the 15th of October 2021, the guys from Laminate floor World did do a brilliant job because under my kitchen sink and kitchen counters they didn't put in the laminate floor and my kitchen door strap was not inserted correctly which ended up damaging the boards because it soaked up water from the rain. I reported this matter in December 6th 2021and it's the 15th of February today and my issue has still not being fixed, I am receiving excuses after excuses for a job I have fully paid and that is not complete.
