Worst Case of Customer Service and Unreliable

Word of advice, do not ever deal with Laminate Floor Centre in Springfield Park. Quick to do an installation but when there is a problem then they fail to deliver. Laminate floor was installed in Sep 2014 over our existing tiles. Floor started to lift in December due to tiles lifting. Called in LFC to inspect and assess, advised us that tiles be removed and floor reinstalled. This was mid Jan, it is now mid March and we had to eventually go to them, pick up the new floor boards and find someone else to install. Bear in mind that we paid them in full to reinstall. The amount of deceit from having received the new boards to waiting for stock to arrive to their vehicle breaking down. The best was not working in the rain, which is a joke when they actually work in doors. I actually promoted their business other people initially because our floors looked good, little did I know that they are by far one of the worst service providers that I have dealt with in recent times.
