<p>I was invoiced for grade AC4 32 which is suitable for heavily trafficked commercial spaces and all residential. However in a short while the pattern started wearing off the planks in places leaving white unsightly patches and is obviously not the quality that I paid for. Zain and his father Mahommed inspected the floor at different times and both acknowledged the problem which they undertook to rectify. That was months ago and having had no response to emails and phone messages so I have resorted to legal action.</p>
