Upset client

<p>After the long weekend ending the 1st of may 2017 my husband got a call on the 2nd of may to come and collect his glasses as they where ready that was at 13:00 he then arranged with his boss to go and collect the glasses on the thursday the 4th of may. To our dismay they where closed and had changed there hours and not even sticking to them. Today being the 5th of may I phoned them at 11: 30 and the Gentleman that answered the phone said they will be open till 16:00 so I arranged to come in my lunch time to fetch his glasses and guess what they where closed.... which made me highly cross I asked the shops around them and they have no idea either and also said that they did not know what was happening and they have had a lot of the optometrists clients coming in.... the strange thing is the receptionist is not even there. I could understand that optometrist was not there to do testing but not having their reception there is very irritating don't tell a person that their stuff is ready for collection and then the shop be closed for 3 days </p>
