I have been struggling for four months to get any info out of this Company about my debt, they are fast to sign you up and make promises and take your money, with no feedback, only excuses that the NCR has been hacked or does not work, and they cant even give me a record of what they have paid, or negotiated with the creditors, but the were fast to tell me all my debt and how they could help me, freeze my interest, and only pay of what I owe, with min 40% reductions in debt, with nothing done as they promised, and they get upset when I phone them weekly for an update, as I get none, they were suppose to help me, not put me in more trouble, I just wish there was a company out there that does what they preach, I had the same experience with Debt Mate, and I asked the nice not to be *****ed over again,
