DO NOT BUY FROM LAMBONS MENLYN

I bought a new vehicle in December. From the day I received this vehicle it has scratches on the paint work and damages to the seat, kilometers 500 on the clock. When the vehicle went for repairs on the scratches, my vehicle was in an accident. The dealer respond with an email that he will pay for the repairs, he even send a guy from Hollard Car Insurance to take pictures of the damages. After I went to the Motor Industry of S.A. he refused to do so. MIOSA has ruled on 20 August that the dealer should repair the vehicle in 31 days (all damages since I bought the vehicle). We have past that and I still have not received any feedback from this dealer. It came to my attention that I am not the first customer who had troubles with dealer.
