I experienced excellent service from the Citroen dealership in Bloemfontein, when my tire had punctured, and I could not remove the wheel as the key for the lock nut had not been put back in the car after work had been done a few months earlier at another company. The staff waited after hours for me and were friendly and professional. Once they had finished removing the lock nut they sent me on my way without charging me for the 1.5 hours spent on the car.
