Unfair Return or exchange policies

<p>I bought an item from Lambons Spares Department in Bloemfontein , only to find that the part itself was not what I was looking for I then returned the part in the condition I had received it without using it , the part was not specially ordered for me but they completely refused to refund me or exchange it for the correct part that I needed, I was then forced to pay for another part and was told I can leave the incorrect part and they would see what they can do. however till to date I have not received any resolution to this dilemma as R2013.25 is a lot of money to let go for something you cant use and have not tampered with but no Mr Deon Bekker will hear no part of it.</p>
