Can I claim expenses for unreasonable delay?

I live in Lesotho. I took my car to Lambon's in Bloemfontein first thing Monday morning. Parts were ordered that same morning from Peugeot in Gauteng. However, due to relocation of their premises, there's a long delay in supplying the parts. I'm paying for accommodation & meals in Bloemfontein on a day-today basis, waiting for delivery of the parts. I complained via Peugeot's website, but no-one has rep**** as yet. Am I entitled to a) a car while waiting or at least b) accommodation & meals? Who can i contact there to claim?
