Undergraded stay

<p>We, booked the long weekend of 15-17 June 2017 at the camping site upon arrival we noted things didn't look so great, we stayed 1 night and requested the other 2 nights to be refunded, they said they will deduct 5% but their site manager will have to handle it, which wasn't on site we had to send an email with the proof of payment to the following adress, ********** and still haven't heard back from them.</p>
