Rude and unprofessional

Phoned this institution regarding training for a firearm compentcy.The gentleman who I spoke to spoke to me In such a horrible manner.He spoke to me as if I was dumb.Calling my information regarding the process *****ed .I believe that my information regarding the matter was some what incorrect but instead of correcting me In a professional manner he blatantly continued to speak to me arrongantly.Will definitely not be giving this institution my support as they do not value and respect their customers.
