No feedback, calls not answered and emails ignored

On the 27th of July 2015 I submitted all my documents for my taxes to Blessing Tshabalala and Ndu from Lamazwe Holdings. I then received an email from Blessing on the 29th of July saying that he will submit my taxes on Friday the 31st of July. Up until now I have not heard anything from them. I have made many attempts to contact them telephonically and via email and still no response. Phones are not being answered and emails are being ignored.
