******* tax submissions and no feedback

Myself and my partner contacted Lamazwe Holdings to do our 2015 tax returns. I sent them all my documents and paid them their fee. Since then I have been unable to get a hold of them. I have been calling Blessing's cellphone number as well as the office line daily, with no answer. I have also sent numerous emails. I have gotten no response. I then get told from SARS that my partners profile is being audited as she is trying to claim back for medical aid and travel expenses. We never send any medical aid forms or travel forms to Lamazwe, they are clearly submitting false information to get us a bigger pay out as that would benefit them as we pay them 15% of what we get back from SARS. All I want now is for my refund and for Lamazwe Holdings to release our efiling profiles.<br> <br> Please I advise anyone, do not use Lamazwe Holdings, they do ******* submissions, then take your money and you cannot get hold of them.
