Unreliable - DO NOT BOOK!!!

I booked a ticket for my sister for the 3rd of Jan 2022 from Queenstown to Bellville. Upon arrival at BP in Queenstown she was told that the bus is stuck in Graaf Reniet and it doesn't have diesel. They stayed and waited and the bus didn't pitch at the collection time. They had to arrange alternative transport as they were rushing for an appointment the following day in Herm****. I got the currier numbers from Computicket and was told to contact another person the following day. The person said he will refer my query to Head Office as the bus was not cancelled and was only delayed. It was my first time booking the bus and i wouldn't advise anyone to book it. Some people were left stranded as the bus hadn't arrived the previous day and were left stranded in Queenstown.
